The tentative accord with Penske, who runs Inc. the nation’s second-largest automotive dealership includesabout 13,000 Saturn-related jobs and 350 dealerships, includinfg three in Central Ohio run througn Saturn of Columbus. Penske is set to take over the trademarks, service and parts operations and distribution operations related to Saturn. The Saturn agreement is the second deal to sell a car linesincde GM’s bankruptcy filing June 1.
